This Pub situated about 4 miles from the busy town of Thurles on the N8 Dublin/Cork Route, in the picturesque village of Horse & Jockey, though newly refurbished is full of old world charm and atmosphere. Away from the hustle and bustle of a busy town this is an ideal spot to stop for a drink or a meal in comfortable relaxing surroundings. They offer full A La Carte and Table d’hote Lunch and dinner menu and the food is excellent. Very popular with the racing and sporting fraternity. This is a really good Pub.
